Crafted as a seamless blend of three  distinct blocks each part of the day invites you into deeper layers of  connection and self-discovery. While you're welcome to join for any  individual segment we encourage you to embrace the full journey.

✦ Primal Play ✦ 10.00 - 12.30 ✦

Unleash  your playful spirit with us in Primal Play a unique space designed to  nurture authentic connection without words like the intuitive non-verbal  communication we see in animals. This play doesn't need to be 'fun' it  includes all flavors. Explore a variety of experiences through touch  movement sound and breath from the tenderness of a cuddle to the  vivacity of a wrestle.

In  this brave space we encourage you to move towards what feels right and  away from what doesn’t attuning to your curiosity desires and  boundaries. Taught by Embodied Intimacy and inspired by Ritual Play  Primal Play is a simple setup where each interaction is an unfolding  story inviting everyone to partake. There's no prerequisite experience  just your presence and openness to explore.

We  kick off the session with body-awareness exercises that establish a  deep relational connection with yourself. As you become more aware of  your body's guidance and your authentic impulses we transition to  non-verbal play.

✦ Connective Ropes Holding & Being Held ✦ 14.30 - 17.00 ✦

This  workshop offers a journey into the heart of intimacy where you get to  experience the magic of support both in giving and receiving.

Using  ropes as an extension of your arms you'll be introduced to a new  language of connection with a focus on holding & being held rather  than mastering intricate techniques.

We create a space where playfulness paves the way to profound gentle holding allowing emotions to surface organically.

No  prior experience is necessary – all you need to bring is an open heart.  If you have ropes feel free to bring them along but it's not a  prerequisite.

This workshop is clothed. You can join alone or bring someone.

Everything  I suggest is always optional and your Yes as well as your No are  equally celebrated. You can sit a practice out and choose with who you  team up with.

✦ Free Dance & Guided Cuddle Space ✦ 19.00 - 21.15 ✦

Step  into a realm where each movement is a whisper of your inner self. Bare  feet on the earth find your rhythm among others in a wordless symphony  of dance. Be it a shy shuffle a bold boogie a gentle sway or a playful  rise – all moves are magic here. Fancy footwork? Sure if that's your  jam! Otherwise just let your body echo the beat of your heart.

As  the evening gently closes we gather for a cozy finale with easy  heartwarming prompts. This part of the day is all about togetherness  giving you space to integrate the day's experiences in a way that feels  right for you. Consent remains our cornerstone ensuring comfort and  respect. It's a time for nourishment for gentle connection wrapping up  our day in a blanket of warmth and shared experience.
