In this workshop you'll explore mindful masturbation and the tools you have available to experience pleasure. You'll expand your capacity to enjoy yourself. Through embodiment, you'll explore how to move back to alignment and your flow.

Nudity is optional. It is totally possible to join all the exercises dressed, since we include the whole body and genital touch is just one of the many options to focus on.

All exercises are an invitation and your empowered 'yes' and 'no' will be equally celebrated.
